About Dante Romero Turrubiates

Dante Romero Turrubiates is a senior associate at Basham, Ringe y Correa based in the Querétaro office, specialising in criminal litigation, crime prevention and legal counselling. Previously, he served as a public prosecutor and participated in the implementation of the new criminal justice system in the State of Querétaro. He currently advises various national and international companies on crime prevention, and on initiating criminal proceedings related to economic, financial, property, customs and intellectual property offences. He has also represented these companies’ interests in multiple hearings before both local and federal criminal courts.
