About Eduardo Kleinberg

Eduardo Kleinberg is a partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa S.C. and has practised intellectual property law since 1993, focusing on trade marks, franchising, licensing, and related commercial transactions across domestic and international markets. He advises on the registration, management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights and on the negotiation of franchise and licensing agreements. He has held leadership roles in several professional organisations, including serving as former president of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), the Mexican chapter of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), and Licensing Executives Society – Mexico (LES-Mexico). He is also a member of INTA, ASIPI, MARQUES, and the International Franchise Association (IFA).
