About Juan Carlos Hernández

Juan Carlos Hernández is a partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa S.C. with more than 24 years of experience in intellectual property law, advising on the protection and enforcement of trade marks, copyrights, trade secrets, and domain names, with particular emphasis on digital environments and online platforms. His work includes co-ordinating intellectual property negotiations, litigation, and preventive protection strategies. He is an active member of the Mexican Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AMPPI), where he previously served on the board and chaired the Trademark Committee, and of the International Trademark Association (INTA), where he participates in the Internet Committee.
