About Juan Carlos Serra

Juan Carlos Serra is a senior partner at Basham, Ringe y Correa, S.C., where he has developed a robust legal career since 1996. He specialises in joint ventures, M&A, corporate reorganisations and investments, with strong expertise in energy, infrastructure and mining. He has extensive experience advising clients in complex oil and gas projects, including upstream, midstream and downstream operations, as well as participation in national and international public bidding. Juan Carlos also served as an international consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank. He is a member of the Barra Mexicana, IBA, AIPN, RMMLF and the Institute of Energy Law.
