About Ali Abbas

Ali Abbas has over five years of experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, with expertise in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and regulatory compliance. Ali is an associate in the Digital & Data team, specialising in media, advertising and data privacy issues. Before joining Al Tamimi, he worked in New Zealand, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Ali is a qualified barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and a licensed advocate of the High Court of Pakistan. He also has experience teaching contract law to first-year law students in Pakistan.
