About Fatema Sarhan

Fatema Sarhan is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team at Al Tamimi & Company’s Bahrain office, having joined the firm in 2016. She specialises in commercial litigation, banking disputes, maritime law, construction claims, and labour matters, regularly representing banks, insurers, shipping companies and commercial enterprises before the Bahraini courts. Fatema has developed particular expertise in cross-border disputes and advises high-profile local and international clients, including major financial institutions and multinational construction firms. She is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association and holds rights of audience before all Bahraini courts.
