About Fady Ghanem

Fady Ghanem is an experienced tax and corporate lawyer with substantial regional expertise. Prior to joining Al Tamimi & Company, he spent seven years at Lebanon’s Ministry of Finance. Since moving to the UAE in 2008, he has developed strong experience across international, GCC and UAE laws and regulations. His practice focuses on taxation, corporate and commercial matters, governance, structuring and restructuring, with particular expertise in hospitality and F&B sectors. He advises public and private clients on investment structures, contracts, and tax settlements, and has collaborated with UNDP, the World Bank and the IFC on regulatory research and global Doing Business reports.
