About Hiba Abid

Hiba Abid is a trainee solicitor in the Digital and Data team at Al Tamimi & Company. She is currently completing her training contract and is due to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales in November 2025. Her training has spanned banking and finance, corporate commercial, dispute resolution, and digital and data practices. She has assisted on cross-border financings, advised financial institutions on regulatory compliance, and supported M&A transactions and commercial contract work. Hiba has been published in Lexis Middle East as a co-author of an article outlining the key requirements under Bahrain Commercial Agency Law.
