Ian Arnott specialises in all aspects of real estate and hotels and leisure matters across the GCC. Ian trained in the City of London and qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales in 2006. He moved to the region in 2008. He joined Al Tamimi & Company in Dubai in 2017. Ian advises investors developers financial institutions and government bodies on transactions including acquisitions disposals leasing development and hotel management agreements. He also advises on strata schemes and legislative drafting matters and acts for landlords, tenants and operators across multiple sectors delivering practical commercially focused solutions across complex regional transactions.
