About Noor Al Rayes

Noor Al Rayes is a partner and the head of dispute resolution at Al Tamimi & Company, bringing over 15 years of experience in the Bahraini legal market. She specialises in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, banking disputes, regulatory matters, and the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, with rights of audience before all Bahraini courts including the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court. Noor has played a leading role in implementing the BICC framework in collaboration with the MOJ. She is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association, serves on Al Tamimi’s regional legislation team and has contributed to drafting of Bahrain’s Real Estate Regulatory Authority Law.
