Christian Lippert Helguera
has been a partner of the firm since 2002, and specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and economic competition. In economic competition, he has wide-ranging experience in counselling national and international clients on procedures for notification of concentration to the Federal Commission for Economic Competition (COFECE), in addition to procedures relating to alleged monopolistic practices, illegal concentrations and a lack of competition and dominance. He actively participates as a speaker at a range of conferences, in addition to supporting non-profit associations in the education sector, and has international experience working as a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York.
