About Gilda Velázquez

Gilda Velázquez is an associate in the Administrative Litigation practice at Galicia, specialising in defence strategies against acts of authority, amparo, nullity proceedings and administrative procedures. Her expertise covers data protection, antitrust, infrastructure, environmental law, consumer rights, urban development, taxes and public bids. Recognised as an Associate to Watch by Chambers, Gilda is a member of Abogadas MX and has taught Human Rights at Universidad Panamericana. She holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago and a Master’s in Constitutional Law from Universidad Panamericana.
