About Eduardo García Travesi

Eduardo García Travesi is a partner on Galicia’s energy team. His practice is particularly focused on the power sector, in which he is regarded for his hands-on approach and technical knowledge. He advises clients on legal issues associated with the development, purchase, sale and financing of power projects, primarily from renewable sources. This includes negotiation of contracts, such as power purchase agreements (PPA), engineering, procurement and construction contracts (EPC), and operations and maintenance agreements (O&M). Eduardo has represented a broad variety of participants, including generators, developers, financial institutions, equipment vendors and corporate energy end users.
