About Fabiola Jiménez

Fabiola Jiménez joined Galicia in 2007 and worked in the M&A practice for more than 12 years. This experience provided her with multidisciplinary skills that distinguish her in the wealth management practice, where she was promoted to counsel in January 2025. Her work has focused on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including corporate aspects of financing, restructurings, governance and the protection and control of private wealth structures, as well as succession planning and family business matters. She advises individuals, families, family offices, trustees and financial institutions on the design, implementation and management of wealth protection, control and succession structures.
