Fernando Gómez
joined Galicia’s tax litigation practice in 2017. His work focuses on advising taxpayers during audits by tax authorities (federal and/or local), on filing alternative means of dispute resolution in tax matters, such as conclusive agreements and complaints before the Mexican Tax Ombudsman (PRODECON), as well as on filing means of defence. Fernando has a specialty in Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho (2007–08) and a master’s degree in Fiscal Law from the Universidad Panamericana (2012–13).
