About Iván Valdespino

Iván Valdespino joined Galicia in 2016 as a senior associate in the Administrative Litigation practice and was promoted to counsel in 2025. His experience spans energy, environmental, urban development, finance and TMT/AI litigation. Iván collaborates with transactional and regulatory areas in highly specialised cases. Previously, he worked at a renowned Mexican law firm and interned for the Inter-American Human Rights System and the UN on constitutional law research. He holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University.
