About Martín Flores

Martín Flores is a lawyer at Galicia Abogados, focusing primarily on antitrust, infrastructure and finance litigation. He has represented both domestic and international clients in challenges against acts and sanctions imposed by federal and local authorities. Among his achievements, Martín obtained the only definitive injunction ever granted against a disqualification sanction imposed by the Federal Economic Competition Commission. Martín also has a strong academic vocation. He teaches Amparo and IP law at Tecnológico de Monterrey and has served as coach of several Moot Court teams. Recently, he trained the first Mexican team to win the International Trademark Association’s Intellectual Property Law Competition, held in collaboration with the Court of Justice of the Andean Community.
