About Samantha Silberstein

Samantha Silberstein is an associate in the real estate, wealth management and M&A practices at Galicia Abogados. She focuses on advising national and foreign companies and private equity funds on corporate matters related to restructurings, the acquisition of shares and assets in different sectors and industries, and real estate transactions, focusing mainly on transactional work. She also has experience in advising families on wealth planning and succession planning. Samantha earned her law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City in 2018, and has worked as a portfolio analyst and an investment analyst.
