About Paola Yaber

Paola Yaber is a partner in the tax litigation practice at Galicia Abogados. Prior to joining Galicia, she worked at a renowned law firm for four years, focusing on tax litigation matters. Additionally, she has a notable 11 years of experience in Mexico’s Supreme Court of Justice as the clerk for a justice court. Additionally, she served as judge at the Federal Court of Administrative Justice for eight years, presiding over various relevant cases as well as setting important precedents. She recently obtained her Master’s degree in Evidence Reasoning at the University of Girona and is a member of the Latin American Network of Women in Procedural Law and Evidential Reasoning.
