Carlos has over five years of professional experience in M&A, structured financings, and real estate transactions, with a particular focus on the hospitality sector, including hotel acquisitions and financings, as well as the negotiation of hotel management and brand operation agreements. He also advises clients on the structuring of investment and development projects, including joint ventures, guiding them through the entire transaction process.
