About Ana Jáuregui

Ana Jáuregui joined Ritch Mueller in 2016 and she specialises in M&A and real estate. She has represented buyers, sellers, private equity funds, and financial advisers in the M&A processes of financial entities and companies in various sectors, both in both domestic and international transactions (including real estate transactions). Ana worked as a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York City (2023‒24).
