About Brenda Rogel

Brenda Rogel joined Ritch Mueller and was named partner in 2023. She has experience in the practice of environmental and regulatory law, assisting a wide range of industries and companies in managing the environmental and regulatory risks associated with business start-ups, acquisitions, operations, expansions and divestitures. She is an expert in the management of contaminated sites and environmental emergencies, as well as in the formulation of sustainability and climate change strategies, permit analysis, regularisation and compliance programmes. Brenda also has engaged in strategic investigations and litigation to protect the environment, advance climate change adaptation and promote the inclusion of women and minority rights.
