About Eduardo Triulzi

Eduardo Triulzi joined Ritch Mueller in 2011 and was named partner in 2011. He has extensive experience in M&A practice, advising private equity funds, venture capital funds and search funds on the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets within the food and beverage, construction, technology and education sectors, among others. He has also advised sellers, purchasers and financial advisers in sale and acquisition processes of different companies, including public companies involving tender offers. In connection with financing, he has advised domestic and international lenders in structuring and restructuring credit facilities for Mexican public and private sector entities.
