About Eduardo Triulzi

Eduardo Triulzi joined Ritch Mueller in 2011 and became a partner in the firm in 2011. Eduardo has extensive experience in the M&A practice, advising private equity funds, venture capital funds and search funds in the acquisition and sale of businesses and assets within the food and beverage, construction, technology and education sectors, among others. He has also advised sellers, purchasers and financial advisers in the sale and acquisition processes of various companies, including tender offers involving public companies. In connection with financing, Eduardo has advised domestic and international lenders in structuring and restructuring credit facilities for Mexican public and private sector entities.
