In connection with M&A, he has advised purchasers in acquisitions of public companies involving tender offers, as well as sellers, private equity funds, real estate investment trusts and multilateral financial institutions in the financial, food services, industrial, real estate and other sectors. In connection with financing, he has advised domestic and international lenders in structuring and restructuring credit facilities for Mexican public and private sector entities.
