About Eric Silberstein

Eric Silberstein joined Ritch Mueller in 2016 and was named partner in 2023. He has broad experience in advising buyers, private equity funds, sellers and financial advisers in the acquisition process of financial entities and companies in various sectors, in both domestic and international transactions. In the banking area, he has advised borrowers and lenders on structuring, negotiating and implementing structured financings. Eric also has experience in advising issuers and underwriters on public and private offerings, including corporate bonds and equity offerings in Mexico and the United States, with a special focus on Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings.
