About Héctor Cárdenas

Héctor Cárdenas joined Ritch Mueller in 2010 and was named partner in 2022. He has broad experience in M&A, advising buyers, sellers and financial advisers in the sale processes of businesses and assets across various sectors, such as food and beverage, educational services, technology, automotive, entertainment and financial services, among others. He specialises in complex acquisition structures, including tender offers, leveraged acquisitions and reorganisations, with a special emphasis on advising private equity funds in their structuring process and in their acquisitions and divestments of businesses and assets.
