Jorge Oria
joined Ritch Mueller in 1999 and has been a partner since 2014. Over the past 20 years, his practice has focused primarily on serving clients in the infrastructure and energy and power industries, in acquisition, divestiture, equipment finance, project financing, contract negotiation and dispute resolution matters. Jorge regularly represents sponsors, offtakers and local, multilateral and regional lenders, as well as equity and mezzanine investors in transactions and disputes within the aforementioned industries.
