About Javier Domínguez Torrado

Javier Domínguez Torrado joined Ritch Mueller in 1995 and has been a partner since 2007. He advises developers, investment funds, investors and creditors on domestic and cross-border real estate and financial transactions. He has participated in a variety of strategic real estate operations, including acquisitions, divestitures, developments, leases and financings, notably advising the world’s largest industrial facility developer. He has also represented real estate funds and investors on investments, developments and asset management in Mexico. He advises domestic and international creditors on structuring and restructuring loans for public and private entities, including secured, unsecured, mezzanine, and structured financings. Javier gained international experience as a foreign associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, New York.
