About Santiago Carrillo Cattori

Santiago Carrillo Cattori joined Ritch Mueller in 2011 and has been a partner since 2022. He advises domestic and international investment funds (including private equity firms), developers, financial institutions and corporate clients on large-scale and strategic acquisitions and dispositions, structured lending and joint ventures. He specialises in complex real estate transactions and developments across all asset classes, with particular emphasis on industrial and hospitality projects. He also has significant experience advising national and international financial institutions on the structuring of domestic and cross-border credit transactions.
