His main practice focus is on the energy and infrastructure sector, with extensive experience working in the drafting and negotiation of power purchase agreements, regulatory analysis and general advice to private and public entities doing business in the electricity industry. He also has significant experience in transactions involving acquisition, investment and financing of assets in the energy and infrastructure space in Mexico.
