About Ricardo Calderón

Ricardo Calderón is a partner at Ritch Mueller and specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A and financings across various sectors, representing investors, financial institutions and rating agencies in Mexico and abroad. He also has extensive experience in real estate transactions, and advises local and international companies on the design and implementation of compliance programmes, regulatory matters and internal investigations. Before joining the firm, Ricardo worked in the international legal department of Banamex, and served as Deputy Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development at Grupo Financiero Banamex. He also gained international experience as a foreign associate at Sidley & Austin in New York.
