He has more than 15 years of experience advising local and foreign clients on the purchase and sale of assets, joint ventures and the restructuring of Mexican companies’ private and public deb. He became partner in 2017 after a series of successful transactions and accumulated experience that includes practice and studies abroad and experience at the firm’s Monterrey Office. Carlos previously worked as the international associate at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP in North Carolina, USA. He has advised clients including General Motors and has published widely on M&A-related matters.
