He has over 20 years of professional experience providing advice to national and international clients in mergers and acquisitions operations related to the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, technological and retail sectors, among others, as well as in insurance and application of the new regulation governing insurers based on the Solvency II Directive of the European Union. Francisco is a member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, Nuevo León Chapter, International Legal Fraternity Phi Delta Phi, Chapter Salinas Martinez and International Bar Association (IBA). He is widely published, especially in the areas of corporate law and the content of the Law on Insurance and Bonding Institutions and earned his law degree from Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey in Mexico and LLM with specialisation in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law, USA.
