Irina has extensive experience in public and private M&A transactions and has provided legal advice in a number of high-profile cases, including the acquisition of the two largest banks in Croatia. She actively advises on M&A deals, particularly on structuring transactions and drafting share purchase agreements, as well as on legal matters related to corporate business in various industry sectors. She has participated in many research projects and often speaks in relation to Croatian legal practice at various events.
