Mr Tálas also has significant expertise in relation to technology transfers, business negotiations involving Hungarian start-ups and investment companies, and licence agreement negotiations. Additionally, as head of the firm's patent practice, he has prepared numerous in-house agreements and regulations relating to innovation and inventors' remuneration for Hungarian research centres. Mr Tálas is currently a member of EPLAW, AIPPI, the Hungarian Experts Body of Industrial Property, and the Hungarian Industrial Property and Copyright Association.
