Mr Tálas also has significant expertise in relation to technology transfers and licence agreement negotiations. As head of the firm's patent litigation practice, he has prepared numerous in-house agreements and regulations relating to innovation and inventors' remuneration for Hungarian research centres. Mr Tálas is currently a member of the Advisory Board of EPLAW, and a member of AIPPI, the Hungarian Experts Body of Industrial Property, and the Hungarian Industrial Property and Copyright Association.
