Mădălina Trifan is a managing associate at Mușat & Asociații with more than 15 years’ experience and a strong track record in real estate law. She has been involved in numerous high-profile projects and regularly assists private investors and public authorities on various real estate and construction, and regulatory and compliance matters. Her proficiency in infrastructure and PPP is demonstrated by her involvement on major projects involving real estate, title insurance, construction (including FIDIC agreements), regulatory matters and authorisations.
