About Pravin Anand

Pravin Anand is Anand and Anand’s managing partner and head of litigation. Presented with the AIPPI Award of Merit and INTA’s President’s Award and recognised as the “Most Innovative Lawyer” for Asia-Pacific by the Financial Times, Pravin has appeared in more than 3,000 cases in over 45 years of practice as an IP lawyer. He has been involved in lawsuits transforming the Indian IP enforcement regime and has engendered many original facets of IP. He is the author of “Halsbury’s Laws of India on Intellectual Property” and has contributed to the India chapter in “Trade Secrets Throughout the World.” He is also dedicated to promoting intellectual property awareness through the Raj Anand Moot.
