Pravin Anand
is a managing partner and head of litigation at Anand and Anand, and has experience of appearing in more than 5,000 cases and successfully resolving many hundreds in over 46 years of his practice as an IP lawyer. He has also been awarded the APAA Enduring Impact Award, the AIPPI Award of Merit and INTA’s President’s Award, among other recognitions. To his credit are transformative patent lawsuits such as Merck v Glenmark and Roche v Cipla, and India’s first judgment on product-by-process patents in Vifor International v MSN Labs, to name a few.
