Andreas has wide experience in the crossover between dispute resolution and counselling within industries such as technology/telecoms/IT, pharmaceutical industry/biotechnology, food industry, media/entertainment/film production and commodity trade. He has written several articles about procedural law and is also the co-author of a commentary on Norwegian class action rules. He has previously worked at Thommessen, at the Ministry of Justice, and as a municipal lawyer in Oslo. At the Ministry of Justice, he focused, inter alia, on questions related to private enforcement of competition rules.
