About Olivier Favre

Olivier Favre is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s banking and finance and capital markets groups in Zurich and the key contact in the firm for derivatives and structured finance matters. Olivier acts as drafting counsel to the Swiss Bankers Association for the Swiss Master Agreement for OTC derivatives transactions, and as opinion counsel for netting and collateral opinions. He advises clients on regulatory matters, including on derivatives regulation. His practice includes capital markets and financing transactions of any kind and he has extensive experience in advising clients on legal matters regarding digital assets and fintech solutions. His clients include financial institutions, buy-side firms, issuers, fintech and virtual assets services providers, insurance companies, etc.
