Marcel Jakob is a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich. He studied law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the University of Chicago (LL.M.). His practice focuses on private M&A transactions, including carve-outs and restructurings during court-supervised administration (distressed M&A). Marcel regularly advises strategic and private equity investors, as well as target companies and their boards.
