is a counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Corporate and Commercial Group as well as its Litigation Practice Group. He focuses on employment law and on international and domestic commercial litigation. He was admitted to the Bar in Switzerland in 2005 after graduating from University of St Gallen School of Law in 2002 and a semester-exchange at the University of Neuchâtel. In 2010, he received a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In 2017, he was awarded the title of a Certified Specialist SBA Employment Law. Before joining Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd, he gained several years of professional legal experience working in a law firm specialising in public and private construction law, planning law and environmental law, and subsequently in a local commercial law firm in St Gallen.
