He represents clients in litigation before Swiss courts and in international arbitrations, and also sits as an arbitrator. He specialises in the fields of intellectual property, unfair competition, licensing and distribution and also advises clients on non-contentious matters in these fields. He has extensive experience in representing clients in trade secret disputes before state courts, arbitral tribunals and criminal prosecution authorities. Philipp Groz is a member of several professional associations, including the Licensing Executives Society (board member of the Swiss chapter of LES) and the International Trademark Association (member of the ADR committee). Philipp Groz studied law and graduated from Zürich University in 2001. He earned a Master of Laws (LLM) with specialisation in intellectual property law from New York University School of Law in 2007.
