About Tarek Houdrouge

Tarek Houdrouge is co-head of Schellenberg Wittmer’s banking and finance practice in Geneva and the key contact for capital markets. Tarek’s main areas are banking and finance, transactions and capital markets. He combines banking and finance expertise with his M&A practice. Tarek’s recent experience in capital markets includes: advising an undisclosed anchor investor in its participations in the CHF4 billion private placement (PIPE) and rights offering of Credit Suisse Group AG; advising clients on regulatory and requirement aspects under SIX regulations to perform share buy-backs on behalf of Swiss companies via a second trading line; and other market-leading transactions involving Swissport International Ltd and Credit Agricole Corporate Investment Banking.
