Gina A. Hernández Volquez is a partner in the corporate and investment department at Alburquerque Abogados and a recognised leader in the Dominican Republic’s corporate and commercial sector. She advises domestic and international clients on high-value transactions, including M&A, project development and cross-border investments, combining strategic insight with deep regulatory expertise. Her practice focuses on identifying complex, tax-efficient structures and incentive regimes to optimise outcomes. She serves as co-chairperson of the Real Estate Practice Group at TerraLex and is an active member of the IBA, the Legal Committee of BRITCHAM-DR and the legal committee of CAMACOES. She is a certified legal project manager.
