Gina A. Hernández Vólquez is a partner in the Corporate Business and Investment practice at Alburquerque Abogados and a recognised leader in the Dominican Republic’s hospitality and real estate sector. She advises domestic and international clients on high-value real estate and hospitality transactions (including HMAs), M&A, tourism developments, and cross-border investments, combining strategic insight with deep regulatory expertise. Her practice identifies complex tax-efficient structures and incentive regimes to optimise outcomes. She serves as co-chair of the Real Estate Practice Group at Terralex and is an active member of the IBA, the Legal Committee of BRITCHAM-DR and the Legal Committee of CAMACOES.
