James Castle
is a senior associate within the ISOLAS litigation team. His practice focuses on complex litigation matters with an emphasis on insolvency, trusts, fraud and distributed ledger technology disputes. James advises clients on matters relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments, injunctive relief and other interim applications. James’s practice extends to non-contentious financial services matters and data protection and privacy where James regularly advises retail and investment banks as well as other financial institutions on regulatory and contractual matters as well as advising public authorities, law enforcement bodies and DLT entities on privacy compliance, data subject access request handling, conducting GDPR/LED audits, DPIAs and policy drafting.
