About Nicholas Isola

Nicholas Isola is a managing associate at ISOLAS who works in contentious and non-contentious areas of commercial law, employment, real estate and construction, and civil litigation. Nick joined ISOLAS in 2017 and was previously an assistant manager in the Indirect Taxes Team of Deloitte UK. Nick advises international and local companies in M&A, property transactions and property development involving companies and/or real estate in Gibraltar. He also acts on a wide range of statutory and/or contractual claims, including redundancies, collective redundancies, unfair dismissals, bullying, discrimination and personal injury. Nick has assisted as junior counsel in cases in the Supreme Court of Gibraltar as well as in the Employment Tribunal.
