About Nick Isola

Nick Isola is a senior associate who works closely alongside Mark Isola KC in the areas of employment, landlord and tenant, property and civil litigation. Nick joined ISOLAS in September 2017 and was previously an assistant manager in the Indirect Taxes Team of Deloitte UK. Nick regularly advises both employers and employees on a wide range of statutory and/or contractual claims, including redundancies, collective redundancies, unfair dismissals, bullying, discrimination and personal injury. As part of the litigation practice, Nick has assisted as junior counsel in several cases brought against major employers and businesses in Gibraltar, both at the Employment Tribunal and in the Supreme Court of Gibraltar.
