About Mert Oğuzülgen

Mert Oğuzülgen is a partner who advises on all aspects of M&A and corporate transactions, specialising in infrastructure and energy generation projects, as well as private equity, venture capital and capital markets. He also has experience in mining, and oil and gas, in addition to having extensive experience in public procurement and tenders, joint ventures and all aspects of cross-border M&A. Mert graduated from Istanbul University in 1999 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2000. He then received an LLM degree from Utrecht University in 2005, specialising in law and economics.
